 On the day of delivery, you’ll be given a time frame for when to expect us. You’ll also receive a tracking link via text and email, as well as a contact number for the Delivery Team. This enables you to check up on your delivery at any time. On arrival, our driver will hand over your registered bike, your keys, the Owner’s Handbook, relevant paperwork, and any accessories ordered. They will also explain how to operate the Maeving motorbike, demonstrating use of the controls and safety features.
Motorbikes will be delivered in our Maeving van and we will require space to park. If you live in an area with little to no parking, please bear with our driver while they find a suitable place to stop and offload.
 If you choose to take delivery in a very busy area, we may be restricted in the length of time we’re able to spend completing the handover. If you’re receiving your bike away from your home, please remember to bring your helmet with you. If you live in a particularly difficult to reach location, it may be that one of our dedicated motorbike transporter partners will be appointed to deliver your Maeving motorbike. If this is the case, they may contact you directly to arrange the date and time.
