Shipping Policy

Buying a Maeving is hassle-free. Order your bike online, and our in-house team will deliver your made-to-order bike to your chosen address, ready to ride.

How does the delivery process work?

Once your order has been completed, our Assembly Team will begin building your bike from the ground up. As soon as a completion date has been set, our Delivery Team will send you an email confirming the scheduled delivery date.

On the day of delivery, you’ll receive a time window and tracking link via text, along with a contact number for the Delivery Team, so you can check up on your delivery at any time.

(Please note, if you live in a particularly difficult to reach location, it may be one of our dedicated motorbike transporter partners that delivers your bike. If this is the case with yours, they may contact you directly to arrange the date and time.)

On arrival, our delivery driver will hand over your bike, keys, owner’s manual, registration plates, and relevant paperwork. They will also give you a run-down of how to use your bike and answer any questions you may have.

Motorbikes will be delivered in a van and will require space to park. If you live in a busy area with little to no parking, please bear with our driver while he finds a suitable place to stop and offload.

Is the bike delivered free of charge?

Yes! The cost of delivery is included in your bike purchase. However, if we have to make multiple attempts to deliver your bike, you may incur an additional charge.

How long after I order should I expect to receive my bike?

This depends on our production capacity at the time of order, if we have a high volume of orders it may take up to 6 weeks. Generally, we aim to get your bike to you within three weeks depending on your delivery area. Can I change my delivery date and address?

We schedule our deliveries in advance and deliver to specific regions on specific days. If the initial time sent to you via email does not work or you’d like to change the delivery address, you can contact us via support@maeving.com or on +44 24 7718 0149. Please note, changes to your delivery date may incur a fee of up to £145 and delay your delivery.

Mon to Fri between 08h00 and 19h00 (with deliveries taking place over weekends when necessary).
