Part Exchange

Trade in your existing Maeving motorbike and upgrade to the latest model.

To qualify for a Part Exchange, you will have to own a Maeving RM1 and have placed a deposit for our latest model of the RM1S.

Please fill out this form to register for our Part Exchange program. Once complete we will follow the below steps:

1. February Valuation Process (optional): We will reach out with a bike evaluation form during February. Once completed we will use the details provided alongside the CAP Green Book (industry standard for motorcycle valuation) to value your RM1.
2. Provisional Offer (optional): With all the details in hand, if you want to have a rough idea of what the value of your RM1 is, we’ll present you with a provisional offer. This offer is based on today’s market values and will need to be re-calculated closer to the point of delivery of your RM1S.
   Note: If you prefer to only have your valuation provided nearer the time of your RM1S delivery, you can do so. 
   
3. Pre-Collection Valuation Process: One month before the collection of your RM1 we will ask you to complete a revised valuation form with current vehicle information. This will allow us to provide you with a final offer. This valuation is pending an in-person inspection, performed by a Maeving technician upon collection of your RM1.
4. Final Inspection: At the point of collection, if our technician confirms the bike's condition matches the provided details, the valuation remains unchanged.
5. Acceptance and Discount: If you accept our offer, we will apply a discount equivalent to your RM1's value against the final payment of your RM1S.
