How do I reclaim the cost of my CBT?

If you signed up to the New Rider Programme before purchasing your Maeving you can reclaim the cost of your CBT (up to £160) using the following form.

You will need to submit proof of your CBT certificate, the VAT receipt of your CBT, and your bank account details. We will then reimburse the price of your CBT by sending the amount to your bank account.

Disclaimer: If you choose to cancel or return your Maeving, we will refund the price of the bike minus the price you paid for your CBT (up to £160).
