# How do I reclaim the cost of my CBT?

If you signed up to the New Rider Programme before purchasing your Maeving, you can reclaim the cost of your Compulsory Basic Training (CBT), up to a maximum of £160.

To request your reimbursement, please complete the online claim form by clicking [**here**](https://share-eu1.hsforms.com/1mHQSA8FoTyqT5LJGF7t5vwg3jb2) and providing the required information.

As part of your claim, you will need to upload clear proof of your CBT pass certificate, a VAT receipt showing the amount you paid for your CBT course, and your bank account details so we know where to send the refund.

Once your submission has been reviewed and approved, we will reimburse the eligible cost of your CBT (up to £160) by transferring the amount directly to your bank account.

*Disclaimer: If you choose to cancel or return your Maeving, we will refund the price of the bike minusthe price you paid for your CBT (up to £160). Note: This offer is for your first CBT course and does not include CBT renewals. The offer is valid from 24 February 2024 and cannot be redeemed alongside any other offers.*
