How do I reclaim the cost of my CBT?

If you signed up to the New Rider Programme before purchasing your Maeving, you can reclaim the cost of your Compulsory Basic Training (CBT), up to a maximum of £160.

To request your reimbursement, please complete the online claim form by clicking here and providing the required information.

As part of your claim, you will need to upload clear proof of your CBT pass certificate, a VAT receipt showing the amount you paid for your CBT course, and your bank account details so we know where to send the refund.

Once your submission has been reviewed and approved, we will reimburse the eligible cost of your CBT (up to £160) by transferring the amount directly to your bank account.
