The batteries on Maeving motorbikes are fully removable and charge from any 13 Amp wall socket – as simple as charging a laptop. You’ll receive one charger with your bike and it can easily be transported in the “tank” storage compartment (if a second battery is not in use) or in a backpack. The ease of this charging system eliminates the range anxiety usually associated with electric vehicles: every regular wall plug is a potential charging station. The battery comes with a custom-designed padded shoulder strap for carrying it into your office, home, or local coffee shop; and the handle has been ergonomically designed for comfort and efficiency.You will also be supplied with a charging dock, designed for optional use in the primary location where you’ll be charging your battery. Once positioned, simply plug the charger into the mains and lower the battery onto the charging base unit (2). You can monitor the battery’s state of charge using the 5-light LED gauge next to the handle – each light represents 20% charge.
