Where does Maeving deliver?

Currently, we only ship within the mainland United Kingdom, excluding the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland. Maeving is a new, UK-based manufacturer, and for the moment, we're focused on establishing our bike and brand here on local soil. If yo

How much does the delivery of a Maeving RM1 cost?

Delivery is free to any address in the UK mainland, excluding Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands. However, if we have to make multiple attempts to deliver your bike due to you not being available, you will incur an additional charge of £145.

How long after I complete my order can I expect to receive my Maeving?

The current average lead time for RM1s is 2 - 4 weeks, depending on demand. If you’d like to get an accurate current lead time you can contact our Customer Service Team for an update.

Can you deliver my RM1 to my office?

When will I find out what my delivery date will be?

If you've selected any additional accessories as part of your RM1 purchase (eg. batteries, chargers, locks or covers) you'll receive these with your bike delivery. After delivery, you may still purchase additional accessories; these will be delivered

How does delivery of additional batteries work?

If, at a later stage, you place a separate order for an additional battery, it will be scheduled as soon as possible for delivery by our team on one of their routes. Lead times for delivery of additional batteries may vary depending on availability.

Can I book a delivery date on the website?

It is not currently possible to do this, but if you have a number of time constraints, please contact our Customer Service Team to discuss an option that will work for you.

Can I request a specific time slot for delivery on my allocated date?

No, it is not possible to choose a specific delivery time. However, if you foresee any issues with your allocated date, please contact our Customer Service Team and we will work out a solution.
